See where the energy actually goes
You can only manage what you measure. We install smart meters and sub-meters on electricity, gas and water, down to individual lines and plant where it matters. Within weeks you have an hourly profile and a baseline to work from, in place of a monthly bill.
The data goes to TICCbox, our cloud platform we have built and run in-house for over ten years. It works with most existing meters so you are not starting from scratch.
First job, cut the waste
Most sites pay for energy at night and at weekends when little should be running. Controls, scheduling and lighting upgrades usually remove most of it, at a fraction of the cost of new plant.
Solar PV, heat pumps and electrification come next, sized to the load we have measured. We design and install them ourselves, under one contract.
Keep it safe and keep it certified
Planned maintenance, emergency lighting, PAT testing and electrical certification to current regulations, carried out by our own engineers and electricians.
Assets are tagged and every inspection is recorded in our compliance software, so certificates are ready when an auditor or insurer asks for them.
